An action-packed weekend

The Establish weekend was a rewarding and busy few days packed full of smiles, sessions, Shell and snow.

Around 80 people from around the country met together at the Barnstondale Centre in the Wirral between 19-21 February for the event.

The weekend included Young Leaders’ Training and discussion groups for Queen’s Award participants. Then there were four creative streams – using drama in GB and church led by In Yer Face, leading worship, building a prayer sanctuary and looking at what’s the story of God.

GB’s Event Co-ordinator Nikki says ‘It was great to see everyone making new friends and discovering new things about their faith.

‘Saturday evening was a highlight for most of us – hearing Shell Perris share her songs and thoughts on questions sent in by text and then some chill out time with nail painting and Wii Just Dance!’
