Adult Leader Training

GB trains all its leaders to be effective and equipped children and youth workers.

All leaders are CRB checked and supported by the church the GB company is linked to.

Adult leaders wishing to become commissioned officers in GB undertake a basic course called the Adult Leadership Training Programme, with further training for those called to take on the role of company captain.

It’s recommended that officers attend further relevant training at least once every five years.
