bridge the gap

This great new seek.serve.follow resource will help company leaders and church leaders to explore together about how GB is part of each local church’s mission toolbox – and how to make the most of their company!

bridge the gap is an inspiring and easy to use package of five interactive DVD sessions, plus a helpful leader’s guide and workbooks for you to use. bridge the gap will help you and your church talk about making the most of GB in reaching out to girls, their families and friends.

‘Churches often run clubs and groups which make connections with those who are not yet Christians and GB is one of these important mission opportunities,’ says Reverend Juliet Kilpin, National Chaplain of GB England & Wales.

‘In fact GB companies may well make more connections with families that are not yet connected with faith than any other activity in many local churches. After all, each week more than 20,000 girls attend GB in England and Wales alone!

‘This means we’re a key bridge to potentially enable girls and families on the fringe or outside of church to discover who Jesus is, what church is really about and ultimately to experience what it is to live with Christ in their lives.’

The resource can be purchased for just £35 from the GB online shop from 25 January 2010.

Within your district you may wish to book a member of the mission team to help you set up and run a bridge the gap training event to bring your leaders and church leaders together to work through this great resource.
