Young Leader Training

GB’s Young Leader Training takes GB members, in school year 10 or higher, through three levels – Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced – helping them to become great leaders.

Topics studied include how to work with younger children, communication, leadership, faith issues and team work.

After each syllabus is successfully completed participants receive a badge and certificate.

Training typically takes place locally over a weekend or a series of evening meetings. But a national event also takes place annually – see the Events section for more details.
